yes was deleted, i received now an e-mail from the german support and they told me "linked to another account" but AFTER i added that brandnew german account, maybe it was not so clever to have a US Account on file then change it to a german account just to "safe" the currency fee.
Btw. i have a arcor.de e-mail.
My problem is bigger, i have now 28 orders in that account which must be shipped, no access to these informations, i disbursed it already on monday, my rule is: shipping within 3 days.
That was today, i dont understand why they did that, now all these people complaining, i cant help them, and i dont know what i should do with the money now.
