I had a new ebay and paypal about 8 months ago. For some reason it would not let me attach the paypal to a listing until I verified it. But it was already verified. I ended up having to purchase something so I bought a Seattle Seahawks sticker for $2. After that I was able to list... So maybe this could be the reason ppl are buying this..Maybe
