After getting #$%^ed over by Ppal over a month ago, my Eb account is still up and running with no issues. What do you think? Is it worth getting a merchant account or moneybookers account to keep it going? It is past the 90 days and has 60 FB all positive. Not sure if I should just let it go or not. Opinions?

I have experience with this situation, you can remove limited paypal account and add a new one. your paypal is limited due to some reasons. Did you send money to someone without invoice?
Remember alway access paypal from "view Paypal transaction" in your ebay page.
your ebay account had 60s positive feedback so you have nothing to worry about your ebay account.
While t1tm1t is correct in "operations", I will STATE that since the new pa yp al info must match the eb ay account, you can EXPECT that pa yp al to become limited sooner or later. So if you do this, most of the time the money will be held for 180 days. Just fyi - not the best way to do but it is a way.
