What kind of help do you need? Seems like you have to wait 180 days - might try calling up pa yp al to chat and hope.

Yes they check and block accounts with same IPs. Seems like you need to learn about stealth before setting new accounts =)

Read around the forum +/- get the stealth guide for simple methods on being link-free.

anyway, are you logging in to another country site with albania ip, yes it will be seen as a discrepancy if you are limited for other reasons, usually not a reason to check in first place though..
