Default New Ebay Acct? Still new problem? Never seen this before?
Today I registered new eBay Stealth acct with 0 feedback. I thought I decide to buy small amount item than selling. Once I bid the amount, ebay goes ask for identity to enter credit card acct to verify ID. Does anyone has this issue? Can I use Gift card to enter info?
