 PayPal, PayPal, PayPal! - What the fudge?.
Hi,
I have been having issues with PayPal this week.
First I placed a cliam for an item that did not arrive, I randomly got an email telling me that I had received payments totaling £1,650! and that I was close to my limit of £1900 and had to provide proof of name and address. At this time I had 134 days to provide proof.
Today I placed another cliam for an item which is faulty and again randomly got an email telling me that I had reached my limit of £1900 and that my account is now limited until I sort the issue out.
First I have not recieved anywhere near that amount of cash, not even 10% of the limit so far.
So I called PayPal up in Ireland to try and sort the issue out, I got the man on the phone that I thought their was a error with the site and that I had not had anywhere near that amount of money and well ..... You guessed it - he ignored me! - and just went on telling me that I need to send a bank statement to remove the limits.
I am in the process of removing these limits but I won't hold my breath   |
