avs vcc to lift limits or not to lift limits? that is the question

can anyone vouch for these avs vcc working on uk pp accounts?

ive been told they lift limits(1900)and you dont have to do anything to get them lifted,just add the card and bam,limits gone!

please bare in mind that this is for an account in good standing,not a limited account

it would be good but i`m finding it hard to believe,simple

To be honest im very skeptical - and due to the lack of posts on this threads or PM's I believe that answers the question for you in its self.

If it doest work then fantastic happy days for UK stealthers - although I dont think it will work.

I don't know what UK accounts require to lift the limits, but if all they require is a confirmed address vcc then AVS should work. But I never made a UK account so I wouldn't know but I do have AVS VCC available and can register any address.

Unfortunatly this is not all that is required - they seem to be asking for photo ID and proof of address.

However this may be worth looking into so they may not ask for the proof of address such as utility document - I might look into this - keep y'all posted if I do.

AVS confirms the address of your credit card's billing address. This confirms your address, which is part of PayPal's verification process of confirming your identity. Address and name.

The thing is, even if you do manage to lift the limits without having to send in documents, well sooner or later PayPal are likely going to request them anyway.

btw,if anyone has added and lifted the uk pp limit of £1900 with a avs vcc feel free to post your results,but seen as i huge reserves of common sense & dont bend over just coz someone ive never met tells me it works.....i highly doubt it will lift limits

This seller sells them and has had a few uk buyers and all have said that it works fine and limited the limits. I am going to buy a couple from this guy aswell and also PM'd him to verify if it works with uk paypal and he said yes.

So check out the link and go through the posts and you will find some buyers from uk who confirm that it works.

These AVC VCC are different from the normal 1's as they allow you to put address to the card and also a name.
