Default New account, MC115..Ruh-Roh :o

Edit:

All 5 of my stealth accounts received the mc115 before posting a single item. Everything was done to keep all information on the account separate including different user ID's, bank account numbers, names, addresses, phone numbers, the works.

What are my possible screw ups here?

That's a tough one, you'd have to list every detatail for someone to figure that out, I noticed you didn't mention ip's.

IP's were all different using my phone as a tether (checked using IPBurger), but since I used different windows user ID's I didn't use CCleaner between windows log-outs and logging into a different userid -> ebay account. Could that be it even though it doesnt store cookies between userids?

What method do you use to change IPs?

If you are using seperate Windows user accounts then there is no need to clean cookies. Since cookies are not shared between user accounts. You said user ids. Did you mean user accounts?

There has to be something that connected all of them together though.

The only thing I could think of that could be linking them would be the following:
  • used the same phone to tether (differen IPs though)
  • used google voice on all accounts (different google voice numbers)

Also, they were all opened on different windows 7 user accounts

That's what I do to, it could have something to do with your vcc, did you add one to ebay?

Yes I added vCC's to all 5 ebay accounts. VCC's that I bought from the forums. I thought those were OK to use??

I opened 5 accounts and bought 5 Vcc's from the same seller here. I assume they all came from the same "batch" since they had similar numbers. Could this be the issue?

Edit:

Wait a second, what about this:

I made the accounts and linked each account with a VCC immediately. I then had to wait 2-3 days for the paypal deposits to go through so they were sitting there for that period of time with anonymous VCC's and nothing else attached to them, could this be it?

I was waiting for them to do the bank transfers at the time.

But I thought of something else. I made the ebay accounts on one day and bought the VCCs the next. When I logged into those accounts to apply the VCCs I had to tether my phone again which gave me a different IP address than what I used to register them in the first place. Maybe thats why?

I have a feeling I should have made everything at once. Im thinking its because of the different IP addresses when editing account info...

did you log the IPs? What phone do you use? I've had repeat IPs using both a blackberry and an Iphone. Not exactly the same, but only having the last number set change

There is still people using dial-up which gives them new IP every-time you log on. So I am guessing your IP issue is not the problem.

That right their looks like the problem, that's the only time I've seen accounts get suspended before selling is when the info is edited or a bad vcc was used, not reffering to ones sold on the forum.

I have a set of bank acc's that are like one digit from each other. I sell slow on those five. No problems yet. So why the VCC problem?

Because usually when a vcc is added to ebay that's the method of payment used to pay fees, so if their system detects something wrong with it it could cause mc115. I've heard it happen before a few times and they call up and the phone rep says it was related to the payment method.
