MC115 Question

One of my accounts, using a VPS, was suspened after 3 weeks. eBay hit me with the MC115 notice, which is identity verification.

They are asking for a driver's license, utility bill and the credit card statement showing the card number I used to register the account with.

The card was a VCC.

I'm sure that eBay must know how to idetify a bank by certain digits in the credit card number. So if the statement says Chase, and the card is from Bank of America, they would know.

My question is, has anyone provided eBay with a VCC statement and passed the review? Or would I simply be wasting my time by trying to supply this information?

i never used a vcc statement before, but other then time, i don't think it would hurt to try....

Entropay is supposedly available for US users but they make it really hard to sign up out of fear of people using it to gamble illegally and will block your account right away basically.
