They can't even copy their generic canned email right
They also misspelled the name of the item I was selling, but I didn't show it for privacy reasons.

Brilliant. Reminds me of mine: first the suspension got sent from the wrong department under the wrong code, then it got sent again from the right dept, but addressed to another username. But I have never had the fortune of being addressed by a body part by way of a spelling error, followed directly by an incorrect name. That tops it all.
