Prepaid card is not work??

So i bought the stealth guide and decided to purchase the Ibux top up card. Sent it to someone elses address and now have it. So i went into my stealth paypal account and tried to add it as a credit card but it said it has been refused by my credit card provider. So i tried adding it as a bank account card when it says it is already linked with a paypal account???
So what is the deal??

I think you need to STOP everything your doing.

Your clearly not doing the required research before you enter the stealth game.

use the search function above you and you should find lots about pre-paid cards that work (there arent that many) but they are there if you look.

I just read this and frankly i am rather confused and i agree with whats imnotthere has previously said, it clearly states in the stealth guide and in pretty much every other topic ive read about using pre-paid credit card, everyone has said ibux works great. This is literally the first time ive seen something says it doesn't work.....can someone that actually knows there stuff confirm whether or not this card does work or not? as before i read this and after doing a hell lot of research, i was going to get this ibux card.
