you just sold one? thats unusual, its normally they hit you as soon as you list second in a short space of time.
I got this few months back, on some design concept idea brand owner said they had a right to, was not their brand but their intellectual property...such a minefield....but simple brand ownership like pandora is easy concept to understand. In a way I was pleased that I got hit on a test order, as opposed to having made a big order and have a load in my storage space. Getting a takedown, lets you know where you stand, it means do not sell again or only sell occasionally and only after letting account breathe for 3 months ie sell non branded items only for that period.
now and again on a strong account is not going to be an issue, there is a difference between selling that brand occasionally and selling it in quantities...It is not a business plan..
what real counterfeiters do is buy the real thing and show that paperwork, so paperwork can mean nothing......
