Default how risky is it to sell Pandora?

Hi there
I saw some advertising in the TV about Pandora bracelets and charms (some I have are really retired) and I thought great idea I can sell those. when I was listing I got an alert: you are trying to attempt to list pandora. if it is not pandora do not list as such" or something like this. One listing didn't get through at all the other went through. I sold some items on this account but have no fb yet and I am worried that they limit me on PP because they are holding some money (21 days hold). is it too risky?

Many brand items receive that message automatically and people happily sell them in the hundreds. It all depends on how active the VeRO member is.

Your issue is not PayPal at the moment - don't get me wrong people do get limited because of what they sell - but in your category there'd need to be complaints about that first. Your issue is getting your listings taken down by VeRO - whether you're likely to get VeROd or not depends on how active the member is. Have a look at the VeRO profile for this member if there is one, do some research on them. I don't know much about this Pandora if they or the people that own the brand aren't a VeRO member then you don't really have to worry, if they are then you need to determine how active they are. Look how other people do and stay up, list in small quantities at first see if anything gets taken down if it's a concern, it's all about how active they are.

companys hire people to stalk ebay all day and look for products they think might be selling and are unauthorized to sell, whether fair or not.when they find items they find suspiscious they report to ebay and they usually get removed

i personally think the bigger companies are easier since they are so profitable regardless of what happens on ebay, but mid size companies really try to crack down because it does have a big effect on there sales

Zumba are the ant hill on the mountain. P90X, Beach Body, Your Baby Can Read, and so many others are all represented by Johnson & Pham and we have sent more threads about threats of legal action from them than any other, demanding thousands of dollars. It could be argued that they are the most active VeRO member, but they may let you sell just enough to sting you.
