Default Risky Item

This may sound kinda stupid. However, I wish to know what are the criteria for being a 'risky' item, as I read somewhere that it would be advisable to rest the acct of 3, 5 or 7 days after selling risky items. I'm asking this question because I've sold an item with a zero feedback ebay acct, the item sold for >USD$200. Is it advisable to list another item or rest the account for a few days? The funds are being held by paypal for 21 days which is generally fine for me as I've posted the item out already. Any advice or tips given will be greatly appreciated!

For that amount as a first sale, probably safer to let it rest a couple days.

Also, considering how some shifty buyers will target what they believe is a n00b seller, you might think about printing your shipping labels right away for tracking purposes, but hold the item for 24-48 hours before actually handing it over to the shipper - but give the buyer the tracking number right away. That way, if a shifty buyer gets a tracking number then pulls a funky move thinking it's out of your hands, you haven't really lost the goods because you still have the package.
