Default HTC Phones and PayPal

Hi

I know that IP addresses can link accounts so you need to change your IP on a computer for a new Stealth but...

I have an HTC smartphone which I've used to access an eBay account that's gone down. Is there anything I can do, in the Settings or whatever, to enable me to safely use the same phone on a Stealth account or do I deffo need a new phone?

Sorry, not too technolgically minded

Unless you are going to use a VPN system, then quite simply no.

Unless the mobile internet has a dynamic IP system. You could try re-connecting to the network after turning it off for a while.

Check the IP address on IP Burger before and after to see if it has changed.
If you still want to use your phone to connect and you can't change the IP, I suggest getting a £10 Giff Gaff sim card with unlimited internet which will have a new IP.

Did you access your ebay accounts via the eBay App or Browser?

Search up a similar thread on Iphone App that is on here.

Phones have a unique item address that cant be changed with MIGHT show to eBay. There's also the issue of the same itunes/android account that the app has been downloaded from perhaps.

I used a Paypal app from an old Itunes account that linked up and told my old account it had been removed from the mobile. However that didnt seem to cause a flag with Paypal (although I did get limited for something else)

Best bet is to spend a day listing everything, then have multiple email boxes to monitor your sales. You only really want to know when u need to go post something, right?
