Are there selling categories that paypal does not hold money for at all? Which ones?

Yes there are but there are also 3 kinds of seller restrictions so even if you list in one you may still get selling restrictions in that category.

I don't think putting up a list, whether closed forum or not, is a good idea - these things tend to get abused and end in bad loss of nice services...

I listed a phone charger and got mc999'd to verify identity.. And then 2 weeks ago i posted on a 6 hour old account in a high risk category and nothing happened. Holds are no big deal to me, i just want the account to live to sell it's 10 items LOL..
