PAYPAL Hold my money after 180 days limit, need help

Hi, everyone.
My paypal account is suspended more than 180 days and paypal still not let me withdraw my money. After I contact them paypal emailed me:

We are hereby notifying you that after a review of your recent account
activity and account history with PayPal, PayPal will be holding the
funds in your account until you provide, and we can verify, proof of
your identity and proof of the original eBay registration information
for any eBay account used in connection with your PayPal account. We
believe the funds in this PayPal account have been fraudulently obtained
through a stolen eBay account.

Failure to provide the information will result in PayPal continuing to
hold the funds and contacting relevant law enforcement authorities
regarding the transactions if necessary.

Is there any way that I can withdraw the money? Or just lose the $4000? thanks for your help!

Was this a stealth account you created? If so, give them the info you used to register.

If you bought a "seasoned" eBay account from a website somewhere, then it very well could have been obtained through fraud. Account sellers here are screened, but I have seen accounts for sale on various websites that I would definitely not trust. Before I knew of this forum, I was going to buy such an account because it had 1,000+ positive feedbacks. But when I asked where the account came from, I got a very shaky answer and decided not to buy it.

I know this may not be helpful in your current situation, but in the future, I would NEVER leave $4k in a PayPal account.
