Customers unable to pay invoices
Hi,
I am not sure if this is an issue with PayPal's system, or if it is my account.
I send invoices directly to customers due to the nature of my business (wholesale pricing structure).
I have received several emails today from customers stating that the 'Pay Now' link in the PayPal invoice that I send will not allow them to pay. i have also received payments from customers so am a little confused.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?
