Customers unable to pay invoices

Hi,

I am not sure if this is an issue with PayPal's system, or if it is my account.

I send invoices directly to customers due to the nature of my business (wholesale pricing structure).

I have received several emails today from customers stating that the 'Pay Now' link in the PayPal invoice that I send will not allow them to pay. i have also received payments from customers so am a little confused.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

Hi Mustwin.

I have experienced the same problem while being in the buyer side. I have this Brazilian paypal account and I tried to pay a legit invoice. In Brazil paypal uses your credit card to fund your payment. While trying to pay this legit invoice paypal told me it wasn´t able pay using that credit card and I should add another card.

I added another card, verified the card and tried again to pay my invoice. No success....paypal keeps saying the same thing: it is not able to pay using that credit card and asks me to add another card.

Paypal is dirty: I did what they asked but still they don´t allow me to make my payment.
