Unable to do refund for difficult buyer as limited

i got this issue with a buyer who sent me payment. but paypal got limited and im trying to refund.

i emailed her, but she is being rude saying im not going to send payment through again through a paypal invoice either you send me the item or what.
Im not going to send the item because its 180 days which Im not going to do.

so I refunded some buyers, but this one is being an ass. What can I do? This is a stealth low feedback less than 10 feedback account.

if she opens a pp dispute she sould get the funds back even if the paypal was limited unless theres no funds in Pp then she would be sol.

I have the funds. Im not running or anything. All i want is to refund her and she emailed me back saying I see you have another account your selling the same stuff. She emailed the other account saying when you send me from the other account I will pay for this item. LOL. THIS SUCKS!

message customer and they should refund her, tell them you agreed it with buyer.....

Ouch.

I see both accounts going down as she will report the other account.

I would not refund her from the second account.

Message her and tell her I do not know what you are talking about and there are tons of sellers who sell the same thing.

Tell her pp is holding your funds and as soon as they get it cleared up you will get the refund.

* be careful selling the exact same items on other accounts unless you are very good at masking the item, write ups, price etc.

I change up everything and have the DH or the kids sometimes do a write up for me on an item. I sit in on the kitchen table and ask them to explain what the item is and do the measurements, condition etc. Just so I do not sound or appear to be similar.
