 Here's a new one on me...anyone ever try it
Today I received a Michelob rebate in the mail and rather that a check it contained a giftcard (MC).
It says that I can use it anywhere that I can use a CC. It looks just like all of the other cards that we all use with the exception that there is a name on the front and on the second line it read 15 DOLLARS.
There was also a website for the card so I'm assuming that it can be registered for online purchases (like we have to do for using for stealth account)
The best is that I altered my name slightly (because I sent several rebates in ti different addresses...who doesn't) so if I can not change that on their website at least it will not be my real name.
Anyone tried any of these yet?
