how to remove automatic paypal payments

My ebay account was restriced 4ever last week due to vero and i am not planning on paying the fees. When I tried to remove paypal as the automatic payment method it gave me an option to enter a bank account or credit card and needed the info for either before it could change over.I was hoping it would give me an option to mail in payment -yeah right..lol-or something along those lines. What should I do>?

and I need to do this quick cause it is set to withdraw on the 15th, thanks!

withdraw money out? you cannot remove card without adding another first, so if it is a real one card add vcc with nothing much on it, if its a vcc already, just transfer any money from it off card and then disconnect bank acc ??? there are consequences to future or potentially linked accs if you do not pay fees though.....
