Paypal Limited - Need HELP

Ok paypal limited my account today and asked me to send in:

1) Photo ID
2) Password Change
3) Update my security questions


I sent in a scan copy of my DL, changed my password and updated my security questions. On my resolution center it shows everything is completed, except the photo id it shows "in progress". Does anyone know how long does it take for them to review the account?

Also have anyone else had this same limitation, if so what happen? How strict is this limitation? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can take about 48 hours - faster though if you call them up.

Happens all the time, like rsot said 48 hours and sometimes sooner.
