Can you check my plan to get back on ebay and paypal, Please Help :)

I am planning to get back on eBay and Paypal since I got limited last month. I would like to know if this will work for me.

First of all, my current laptop does not support multiple users so I will go out and buy cheap netbook running windows 7.

I am planning to make 5 accounts so I will make 5 users.

I will use 3G tethering on my android phone to connect to the internet (IP changes every time)

For my address I will use something in my city but not in my suburb. I will make up a name but I will use a real address. I am thinking of being a woman around 30, would this make a difference at all? I mean I have never seen a woman getting arrested for fraud before it is mostly men, so does Paypal take note of this? For phone number I will use some call forwarding service

I have bought a woolworths VCC and loaded it with $30 and will then use that to sign up to entropay and make 5 VCC's with them.

Only 2 of the accounts will be active for selling on eBay so I will verify my bank accounts with them (st george bank) and other 3 will just sit and be backups with only CC verified.

I dropship low to moderate risk vero headphones, however I will start by selling stationary to get my feedback up and to make sure I dont get any red flags because I hear that selling electronics is an automatic red flag (especially headphones). I will do this for around a month and maybe even request a higher selling limit, then I will slowly start selling electronics, starting with cheap crap like sd cards and then moving onto low risk vero headphones, then when I have 100+ feedback and am 2+ months matured I will move into moderate risk vero heapdhones.

I will do this process on both accounts and then will probably use one account for riskier items and then use the other for lower risk items.


Money will be withdrawn to my entropay VCC most of the time, this is so that the money is out of my account instantly and it cannot be reversed when paypal limits me. I will order the entropay plastic mastercard and then use that to cash out my money at an ATM.

If I am limited I will try and supply some docs requested, but if it is not accepted I will move onto one of the backup accounts.

I have heard people say entropay is no longer useable,I do not see how that is possible, a VCC is a VCC. If you are going to tell me entropay does not work for Australians I want a justified reason or an example.


So what do you guys think, is this going to work? or am I doing something wrong?

Also my old account has some outstanding eBay fee's, around $70, is it ok to just dump the account and move on, will they come after me or something?

I don't know much about the Australian system - only what I have learned on this forum - but headphones? Really? After all the posts there have been about headphones?

You don't NEED different user accounts.. Its just good practice. You can install some program like ccleaner and set it to clear cookies and flash cookies. Use it after each session.

I've heard entropay is hit or miss. I've never tried it personally

This system of yours will not work fir the long term only short. Your selling earphones which ebay does not like and your doing dropshipments, another negative mark. Some head and earphones are really starting to crack down on these items. A certain manufacturer already got to Amazon for all their products. You know need approval to sell their products.

But good lucky and I hope this is not your only form of income.

you can use different firefox profiles, or Better Privacy plugin, instead of buying a new netbook for different users

As I understand it a cc number indicates source of issue this being the case wouldn't Paypal/Ebay be aware of Entropay and treat an account opened using a card from them with some suspicion? Hence making it a less secure option to using a card issued from an Australian institution? Some of the cards I use are Aus bank issued even though prepaid.

Your plan sounds great, but I have a couple of questions..
Why do you need entropay when you have prepaid credit cards? I used ppCC to open my acc's which are now about 11 months old and they're still ok. Has something changed regarding ppCC rule that am not aware of?

No, its just that I can order the entropay mastercard in real life and spend my PayPal money through it, which would be really handy for me. I personally don't like bank transfers cause it takes too long.

you can not withdraw to your cc if it's AUS account, only can withdraw to bank account

Two questions.

Is there any particular reason why australian credit cards won't work?

Can this be done in the USA, the UK, in what countries can it be done?
