chatted with ebay regarding suspension

had an account that needed to id verify but just left it alone for months...decided to chat with ebay and see if i can get it reinstated.

this is what they said:

"this account is an indefinite suspension and we can't provide any specific information about the suspension of your account because that could give you
a possibility to get around with the policy once you ve set up another e bay account
thank you for calling ebay goodbye"

i wonder if this is old news or something "new"
thoughts?

It's a standart script they tell everyone. They don't and can't do anything about it. I think we should **** eBay as much as it does us. They have treated us sellers so bad that I don't feel bad about screwing eBay and paypal

Ebay has the worst customer service in america. It worst then aol. Aol internet service used to be the worst now its ebay!

Yeah I agree! I seriously cannot believe is still around. I dream of the day when some other big auction will beat eBay.
