Ebay UK Fax number not working??

Hi there

I need to send ID docs etc. but for 3 days the 02076812348 number has not been working. As a suspended user I am not able to use the upload service within my Ebay account.

Does anyone have an alternative fax number???

then go on the live chat after a couple of hours and give them a nudge to go and have a look - time to whip that silver tongue out

it looks like the live chat is now manned 24 hours a day - so you should be able to get everything wrapped up in no time at all.

Just found that this email is dead! You have to send the message through the site now.

Although how that can be done with a suspended account remains to be seen...

Your best best is what FizzyFish said about sending them via email then going on LIVE help and telling them to check your details and they will reinstate it.

i have same issue

just sent my documents to customerhelp_uk @ ebay.com

when should i chat to them on 'live chat' to check the docs?
should i leave it a while or go straight in?
