PP limited,chinese shipping tracking number and invoice,is it ok?

Hi there

My AU account got a limitation today asked for invoice and proof of delivery and credit card.
Now things is a bit tricky. I only have the Chinese shipping tracking number. still it is not delivered yet. I don't think providing a chinise invoices will solve the problem, Am I right? Any other way to work around?

Please HELP! SOS!!!
