Using a Bank account in another country

I am in the US but I want to link a bank account in another country maybe Asia somewhere.

My question is, is this process possible or will Paypal not like this and limit the account?

First, link your bank account by providing us with your bank account information, which will be kept private. Then confirm the bank account so we know it�s yours. Keep in mind that you can only add a U.S. bank account, the bank account can�t be registered with another PayPal account, and the name on your bank account must match the name on your PayPal account.

You can make a non-US paypal account & attach a US bank account. Easy to type, tricky to do
