Money Network CC offers secondary cards you can put in anyones name
Money Network doesnt offer, at least in my area anymore at 711's. But you can purchase from Dollar General Stores. Which may or may not be the same as the black ones I am referring to. I will update this once I have tried.
Money Network is offered to a lot of large companies to their employees, so you might want to check with yours.
Anyways, if you have one or can get one, they offer you as many secondary cards (different card and card #) as you want $2 and you can put in anyones name. They will asked for a ss# abut you dont have to give them one. You can just say you want this for your child or something. The CC accts are now link to your main acct Money Network) and you can transfer money to them (secondary cards) from your main acct so you can pay your EB seller fees when needed. This can be done online in 5 seconds~ .99 cents.
You can use the Main Card (original) for your bank acct. (PP) all you have to do is call Money Network and ask for your bank acct # and routing #. On the secondary cards, as of now, they dont offer a different bank acct # on those, its the same as your main acct. you got these from. So the secondary cards will only serve as your CC for PP verification and to pay fees
