No more using an account, could I withdraw ALL money?

I have an account with stealth information but it got linked with my main accounts so I don't want to use it anymore.
If I don't sell on that account at all, can I withdraw ALL of my money from Paypal (leave it zero balance) and remove my bank account from PP?
Also, is it possible to close that Ebay/PP account? I think if I don't touch it, nothing will happen but just in case it gets hacked and used by someone else, that will be a problem for my other accounts.
Please give me some advice. Thanks.

if its not limited you should be able to close it.

Don't close the ebay/paypal account. Use it if its already messed up.

would still withdraw monies first. soon as you try to list again, theyll prob. suspend it

Get the money out and wait a few days to see if they reverse it.

Why close it?

Let it sit there.

Unless you have a reason to close it no need to.

Who closes accounts these days? Back then 5 years ago you could close it. Now it gets closed quicker.
