Default Ebay taking a long time to respond to my Appeal

I was Suspended by ebay becuase they linked my account with a friend of a friend who had a suspended account, I called ebay up a few times telling them my story.

I then made an Appeal with the facts and telling ebay the whole story, Including the fact that Im a top rated seller in the U.S. and above rated in the UK, account standing good, very good DSRs and Feedback.

I sent the Appeal message about 4 days ago, it says they will get back to me 24-48 hours, but its been well over that time.

Does anyone know why its taking so long,. Iv sent ebay messages before and it didnt take this long for them to get back.

Yes but i'm not telling

Seriously though why not go on the live chat? See what they have to say for themselves.

In the meantime start making another account - just in case they have bad news.

Unfortunately it sounds as if you won't be getting your account, what they'll do now is just collect more information about you making it hard for you to come back, eBay doesn't care if your top rated powerseller even, they've become to big to care, i'd say you should start preparing for a new accounts already.

Keep us updated though you'll be lucky to get a reply, but since you've already made an appeal, try calling them.

Ebay has not asked me for any documents, yet.

Now I have discovered that my friend's friend's husband ebay account has NOT been affected....they both live in the same house. But I live 100 miles away and I get part of the blame...strange.
