Default Paypal to Paypal to Bank account

I have an ebay account that got suspended indefinitely.

I've made a new paypal and ebay account with a relative's name.

Do I have to link my new paypal account to a bank account and credit card before I can start selling again? Or, once I start selling again, can I transfer my funds from my new paypal account to my old paypal account and then to my old bank account associated with my old paypal account?

Hopefully that made sense. I just thought it would be a way to not have to make another bank account and get a new card.

Your thoughts?

How many more times on this forum do people have to be told .. STOP MAKING ACCOUNTS WITH OTHER PEOPLES NAMES!

This isnt stealth and can land that person in ultimate trouble, also the fact if you get banned they can never have an ebay account again!

Considering that's what the guide tells you to do, i'm pretty sure people are going to keep doing it. It says to use a real persons name if you're able to.

Your old ebay account that is suspended is LINKED to your old paypal account.
So even though your old paypal account is NOT suspended, You must not send money from
your new paypal account to your old paypal account, Otherwise eventually they will pick
up on it and you will get linked and suspended again.

Rather go through the effort of doing a new paypal with a new bank account etc...

I went ahead and got a new bank account. I was just curious to know if they really monitored money transfers if they aren't associated with buying and selling. This answers my question. I definitely won't be trying that.

Thank you!

Davey meant in relatives names.

NO NEED TO DO THIS AT ALL.

Putting family and friends at risk like this can cause a family feud real quick.

pujolsfan it is great to see you are taking initiative in making stealth accounts. You can use variation of your own name or any random name if you want to make accounts. Money transfers can still get you limited and are looked upon stricter as there is no to track them. When buying and selling you have a product but money transfers you have nothing. Do not transfer money from one account to another. If you are selling a service then create invoices.

He is right! It does say it in stealth as a good option. So people will do it...
I was going to also as a noob, but after reading forum decided not to do it. I consider myself versed in stealth and still would have made that mistake in beginning. So lets give people some slack....

Things change all the time.

Over time we have found out that people run into problems using family or friends names etc.

Might have been a good idea in the past but not any more.

For ALL NEWBIES

Do not use family or friends name, addresses etc etc.

I have read and know of several horror stories of people wanting to use their eb/pp accounts only to find out there names, address etc was banned because someone used it and got canned.

I got hit with the IRS thing last year at 11,000.

Someone else posted they got it at 8k.

The 200/20k is not concrete. It is just a starting place.

It goes on potential to hit those numbers.

Not hard to do stealth without involving relatives, friends, acquaintances, etc.

If I had to do it over again, I may have done it differently. But, I have the permission of whom I'm using the personal information and they're completely fine with it. They aren't ever going to open an ebay account, so I think it should be okay for them. I made sure to explain to them exactly what I was doing.

Well that is when Paypal asks for it, not when they actually report it to the IRS. Two different things, at the moment at least.
