Anyhow thanks for putting this together for all of us sorry sacks. I do have a question though, what about remote servers, how come those are not discussed in the ghost chronicles? Except for other corporations (the big boys that sell anything they want on AZ), everyone else is at risk of suspension for the smallest thing. So don't feel bad if you unfairly fell into their gaping maw.
BUT, the most important thing right now is to figure out WHY you were suspended (thnx adam34996), so you can avoid the issue in the future. Otherwise, you'll keep going thru this, and it is expensive and time-consuming to set up a good AZ account anymore.
