Amazon holding over 7,300 of my money!!

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the FTC and with the BBB responses Amazon sent the same generic responses they sent me by e-mail in which they no longer respond to my emails and of course calling seller support does no ggod as seller-performance and seller payments dont take calls.
in addition to them holding over 7,300 dollars of my money. I had to cancel over 20 orders as no way was I going to be able to ship more items and wait at least 90 days to get a disbursement date. So had I been able to ship those orders they would owe me over 10,000 dollars the messed up part is they suspended my account on my paydate, so they stopped from issuing my payment!!
They say they suspended my account for selling the Panasonic Promotional Avatar 3D blu-ray which was there number 4 seller and Amazon even fulfilled orders for sellers that sold this item in my appeal

I stated I would delete this listing and not use again!! I have an average of 5 out 5 for feedback ratings, and 29 positive feedback responses from buyers no neutral no negative no chargebacks I answer customers questions within 2 business hours and am above all of Amazons thresholds which is actually pretty hard to do!!

I asked them to disburse even less then half of my money for now 3,000 dollars they refuse and now like I said ignoring my e-mails!! Has anyone had any luck in getting there money sooner, do they have some kind of contact they know of I am a disabled Iraq war combat veteran so dont have money to blow on an attorney. Any help would be appreciated!!

I would say be happy they are only holding your money for 90 days. In many cases, they now delete accounts and simply KEEP the money. Trying to push that kind of volume on a new-ish account is not a good idea. Never have more money tied up in Amazon, PayPal or ANY other processor than you can afford to either lose or not see for up to 180 days.

Please understand that I am NOT trying to be a jerk - I know you are extremely upset. I have been there, so I know it hurts to have your money held. I'm just pointing out the reality of selling on Amazon these days.

With Amazon, if you are selling legit items, it's not worth being completely stealth. If you can't prove your identity with Amazon, you are not getting your money. The wild west days are over I'm afraid.
