You probably got linked to another account. Using an Paypal that was used with another eBay account is common with this error.

My guess is you listed item(s) quick or listed a high risk item.

I posted 5 listings, which are still up, i am restricted to 5, and asks me to request a higher limit or wait until next month for a possible increase, i think they may be fishing? What do you all think?

You need to slow down with these high risk items... i am surprised your other 5 listings are still up....
