Paypal sees no order but people keep sending money => any problem?

I intend to sell something on craigslist, but the payment method is Paypal, not cash.
If there is no order shown for Paypal but people keep sending me money as "merchandise" or "gift" everyday, will I get into the trouble?

I do this, but don't use "gifting" or anything of the sort. Do not request money with invoices. Simply send your buyer your PP address and have them send money for product/merchandise. I ship the products and add tracking in a timely manner and all is well. Been doing this for years now with CL.

While I still hate using pp when you don't have to, if unkown says it...I'd be inclined to listen to the wisdom.
