Need Advice on ebay seller acount that is below standard performance

I need advice on an ebay seller account ,seller performance is below standard.

Around 2 moths ago,I had one ebay seller account ,the seller performance is below standard,after I paid $900 seller fees,ebay restricted my ability to list to sell any more.
Now I have a secod account that is below standard again because of the low DSR.If I stop selling right away,after 6 monts or 1 year ,will it be clear ?
what Should I do about this account.Should I just close it by myself or wait for ebay to restrict it? any advice will be appreciated.thank you

1. Why are you getting below standard DSRs? You might need to revamp your operation.

2. For the account that is low DSR but still active, sell low end stuff - free shipping - get DSRs up - cant hurt to try.

3. Make new stealth accounts.

I got low DSR because a few difficult customer were not happy with the product I sold to them.
I am a top rated seller on another account.so it all depends on what you sell.
yes,it is still active.I am just woried after I pay the seller fees,they suspend me.(worried that they are just waiting for me to pay and shut me down)
yes,I have back up account.
