seller performance is below standard BAND FOR LIFE ??

Hi all my name i have just been band for life of ebay for seller performance is below standard i have 100% feedback with no neg or Neutral
i have sold and won Positive 90
Neutral 0 0 0
Negative 0 0 0
afew cases was opened but solved with the buyer and good feed back for it
my partner was on the phone for 2+ hours and got past from one to the other.i have been a member with ebay since 1996
and find this rubbish whats happend
