Strange Paypal limitation

Hi, i opened a new Paypal account more than 1 month ago. Verified it by VCC ( it is an Italian account ) . Today Paypal limiy my account asking to confirm with expuse number the credit card.

My doubt is only one. Credit card ( vcc ) was confirmed since a month, but if i press button " confirm your credit card "in resolution center, the system ask me to insert a new credit card! How it is possible?

What are your suggestions?

So you confirmed it and expuse code was provided - I would suggest you call up pp and tell them the glitch...they could work it out manually.

Or if you are afraid of that, just use a new cc - get one from the sellers on this forum
