Default Wuala Lost My IP Log! Now What?!?

So I went to use my IP log spreadsheet today and it is gone, no longer in my wuala account. There are just two .tmp files that I dont know how to open and two excel ghost files that say they are corrupted. Seems like someone has had a similar problem here https://forum.wuala.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=6862 . I do not have any back up. Wuala has no phone number whatsoever, I even called LaCie. If wuala is unable to recover this file, how can I get into a new IP pool? I am using a verizon jetpack. Could I start fresh with a new sim? Please help, I am out of commission and have to gain access to my accounts. Thank you

well you should have an idea on wether or not they IP's where similar for example if you where getting:
201.39.45.xx
201.39.45.xx
201.39.45.xx
i would highly suggest you get a new service with another company with your new accounts.
If you where gettin ips like these:
206.44.69.xx
66.57.449.xx
290.22.17.XX

then you shouldt have a problem at all.

Dam they all started off similarly... So even if I got a new sim card, i may still get the same ip addresses? What if I got a whole new jetpack? I really like verizons service.

New jetpack won't change anything. You are still using the same service so have the chance of same ip. Best bet is to change services

So its a possibility that i can be using an ip that someone else with a jetpack has also used and had their account limited on, therefore leading to my account becoming limited? Any suggestions on what service/device i should look into?

You should consider using Google Docs, I use them for my stealth spreadsheets for almost two years and had no unwanted incidents yet.

Excellent idea. I use dropbox on my computer so when I make a change it automtically gets uploaded. I think I will also use the google docs idea

I dont trust my info on someone elses system. I save it once to a flash drive and again to my external hard drive.

OP - If you change companies you will get totally different IP

I always keep several on hand just in case.

Being the most non techie person here I learned my lesson early when I did all the work for put several thousand Ips on an excel spreadsheet. Then it was gone.

I re did all of them, took forever and I went to wal mart and bought a thumb drive. Back it up without thinking about it.

I dont want to type thousands of 4 cell numbers again.

Sorry.

Dropbox, flashdrive, and hard drive for all my important docs. Have them backed up in 3 different locations.

Use google drive. Even if u delete the file on your desktop by accident, it only goes to the trash in your gdrive account. You can then login online and get it back
