Default Really lost...

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum today thanks to a 10 AM wake up email from eBay/PayPal stating that my account is a potential risk and that it will be limited for upto 180 days. So, I have a huge inventory still coming in the mail that I'm sure I cannot return to buyer and would honestly rather sell.

I've read the book probably twice now (wish i could have printed it out for ease of reading). After realizing how much of a stuggle each step would take for me the complete successfully and not some how **** myself by using a know number, IP address already logged, or whatever else, I realized that I'm willing to take a shortcut if necessary.

I see that you can buy premade eBay accounts. I would rather stay away from Paypal and use some method that will grant me my sale as soon as possible rather than having the chance of being ****ed again. Could someone guide in the right direction so i can begin to get the ball rolling again?

Ok, after spending another 3-4 hours of reading the forum I've came to a conclusion. I have made an account on a different IP, using my girlfriends info, but I'm stuck with what payment processor to use...

Am i allowed to sell on ebay and send invoices using a processor like CCNOW? Or does count as a third-party company that void buyer protection that eBay tries to prevent buyer from using? I plan on only selling 10-20 items a week once up to full steam and I don;t mind sending that few of invoices..

To use a processor other than paypal, you need an account on eBay older than 2007 - if not, eBay will ask for proof of business, etc.

Sadly - as I have seen so far - no other options than Paypal for makign your account into a seller one.

However, after building some feedback as a seller - you have paymate, moneybookers, propay, etc.

It gives the options for those when creating a auction. Will ebay not allow you to use them right off the bat? Which of those is most hassle-free. Moneybookers seem to have less fee and cheaper all around..

Yes it gives you the option but you still need paypal to get going - all the other ones I listed need you to have some kind of double-digit feedback. Moneybookers is nice but getting through the buying mentality that "Paypal is king" is still hard...for me at least.

Paymate works really good but you need to have at least 10 feedback as a seller before you can set up with Paymate.

^^^^^^^^^^^^
remember though paymate requires your real info be used though sparky.

that said seems to be a good alternative.

If you are in the neighborhood of purchasing an account, then try to PM Lakeman. Honest and very helpful!

Good Luck!
