Whats the best way to make buyers accounts on ebay?

i have read through the eBay Stealth

is it just the same process except i dont list any items??

Yes - the process works very nicely for creating buyer accounts - you can transition them well to seller accounts in the future

Just think of the process as making an ebay account.

If you are not going straight to selling, leave it as it is a new ebay account.

Depends on your actual plan too

Why would you need multiple buyers accounts though? Normally if your main account got suspended, you can still buy & bid from it.

Check the flag of the poster.....

for the UK, it is not a given to be able to buy.

regardless, the aspkin long standing and working advice has always been to make a user account when making a stealth account.

The OP is a new user. It is preferable to give advice pertinent to his questions & save the variations for another time.

Go back to your suspension notice.

Check the specific wording.

Because it is ebay, there is the chance of variations.

It may be that mcmxcivjm's advice does not apply.
