Is the message i got when i added a bank account, my paypal has bank account already, I was usually Boa. Can you tell me why i got this message? weird this is the first time this happened.

It sounds like this bank account was previously attached to another Paypal account or has failed verification in the past

I wonder if BoA recycles accounts from other people or OP forgot that he used this account on another PP already before.

i would say most likely this person used this account on a prior paypal and forgot

also people don't keep track of their data which probably accounts for most of the problems.

Banks never reuse account numbers, it's just too insecure and pointless.
