Whish I knew what I did

I wish I knew what I did. I have been selling on eBay for a little over 2 years, Not selling heavy till Last January. From January till may I went from selling 2 items a month to 200, Got suspended Then closed down,(vero) account is still good 4 buying, (i didn't screw'em) Since then I opened a few B4 finding this forum, They became Suspended (I think because of browser cookies) Now I have around 37. My question ( & I realize no one knows the answer) I have 4 seemingly UN limited accounts. Nothing in there telling me any number. The others, Older have grown to 20-maybe 30 Items a month, 18.00-24.00 for the sales but the rest are 10/$1000. I would love to know what happened in the few that allowed 4 UN-limited sales. Im did not answer the questions on these I just created them & there the selling limits weren'

Many people have different opinions, but what seems to be the consensus is that it is completely random.

Seems that way, I can't think of anything I did different, & Pay Pal Too. I have Two That The $$$ is available immediately and they are not the UN limited accounts. Low Feedback, Under 10, They aren't even that old. So.... Go figure????

random or there is a glitch in there system. I lean towards glitch because I see no benefit from ebays perspective to make it random.

I have open up hundreds of account and have only had 3 with no limit and one the said it was 10/1000 but I could list as much as I wanted. The last one was a glitch the first 3 are some sort of combination of real credit card with high limit and verified paypal account.
