90 Minute phone call to Trust & safety
This is a new account where I live but registered on .com.
I got to phone verification and normally on a singapore based account the phone verification takes a mobile number but this account would not accept it, I just got the error message.
I phoned .com and got through to T&S they tried altering their setting but it still it didn't go through. After trying everything they came to the conclusion I can't do phone verification with my mobile and said use a neighbours/friends phone.
I asked if i should get an online number and she said if all else fails to get it verified yes, just get an online one then after verification change your number in the settings back to your mobile number
She put everything in my notes, in case of any further problems so if the see the phone number change immediately then not to worry!!
I could used the landline but really don't want to so next step I'm gonna take is flynumber next week.
