Adding bank error :(

Guys,

I got a new stealth off GTB, went to RBS and opened a new bank account.

Trying to add it im getting this error :(



Has anyone seen this before?! If so how is it resolved please :(

What type of RBS account are you trying to add?

I am aware of this happening.

just the standard cash account one, not a current account not a savings

It's a bought stealth account.. stuff like this is expected to happen if you go this route.

Fax in the statement and give them a call.

The guy I got it off has not seen the issue before, the statement will not be in the stealth name though?

I had this a couple of weeks back .
I used a different account and that went straight through.

Ok fingers crossed, I have opened a savings account with RBS it say 3 days until it will be on my online banking so as soon as it shows I will add it to my account.

Any idea why this error is appearing? I have had a few stealths and never seen this before

Lots of strange things happening lately .
I put it down to the festive season and hightened security measures .
Roll on January ..

The same thing happen to me months and months ago. I used the Rush Card. Some banks wont except the two deposits if the names dont match. For example, using the Rush Card which I believe is banked by Chase and since my name didnt match they refused the two deposits. I called in and thats what the employee that works there told me. When the two deposits are blocked from your account then you receive that message you displayed. You can add another card and it will work but personally I would abandon that account because it sets off red flags. I just dont want those red flags to haunt me later down the road

I know mate but this was a brand new bank account :( so going to be frustrated if the new stealth is a no go now :(

Do people think it will be ok?

I would just let it go..from my personal experience..Natwest are crap..and secondly PayPal for me personally hav never accepted any documentation i send them..

It's probably the account, like i said before i'd let that account go..once a flag's raised IMO it never fully comes back or goes on an account

I believe you need to use the same bank account on anther paypal account and find out if you can add it or not

No way especially not now its been limited, thats a way to murder a fresh account!
