HELP: Advice for My Sellers Account Please...

I'm trying not to freak out here because I know how anal Amazon is. I recently lost my credit card that's associated with my amazon sellers account and now my scheduled withdrawal has been delayed until I update my credit card info inside my sellers account. I'm hoping that those experienced with Amazon can give me some insight on what and how to proceed in this situation PLEASE. Problem is my bank has stated the replacement credit card will not be issued until 3 business days unfortunately. So now I'm unable to manage my account properly i.e., update my tracking for shipping, manage my returns (which were increasing to an uncomfortable level) etc etc. Questions for the experts are: (1) I have a paypal mastercard that is not the same billing address as the lost credit card and does not have my exact same name on it (I used my middle name as my first on the paypal account & MC but it is attached to the same bank as the one my lost cc was), is it possible to use this paypal credit card to quickly resolve this matter and change the billing address also for it inside amazon? Or will doing so raise suspicion and risk termination? (2) If I'm unable to use my paypal MC then is there a quick alternative I can implement using a VCC or something? (3) If no quick resolution, is there a way to update my shipping information and view buyers shipping info to send orders to as Amazon still has my listings active and I'm getting sales but can't properly process them. (btw my cancellation rate was "Fair" before this happened) Thanks so much!!!
