Paypal limited, How to Link ebay to second new paypal

I have 2 ebay account + paypal.
My paypal is limited for 180 days.
And one of my ebay is not banned but also limited.
but one still works normal, and have 100+ positive feedback, and limit 300 items per month.

So I need open second paypal.
And now my Questions.

1. If I open second paypal in diffrient address ip, bank acc, cc itp.
and link my old ebay account this with limit up to 300 items per month to this new paypal, my new paypal also get limited??

Please help me,
I would like still use my old eBay..

This simply doesn't work. They limit the paypal account, ebay account may not be limited.

As everyone above already said, no you can't. If you do, the new PayPal account and possibly the eBay account will end up being suspended as well. Your eBay account is toast. You can't use it again with another PayPal account. The only option is to create a new eBay account under a completely different name and address.

OP, I know you want to use your eB that looks nice (good stats) but the issue is that you MAY be able to operate a pp for awhile but it could go down at any time...not the best way to operate and your money will be held.

Do you want to take this risk?

The best is to open a new Ebay and link with new PayPal account.
