so reading the book it says quote "Also note eBay is not working with a lot of gift cards so at this time you will have to add your card to PayPal and use PayPal to create an eBay seller account. "

So lot of cards are not working on ebay according to the book.. but wondering which cards seems to be working right now for most of you guys? I'm wondering getting the simon mall card works... (online or even go to my mall)

The other portion where it says to verify via paypal then create ebay account... if I don't have paypal and use the merchant account method then how can I get ebay account... im guessing the right credit card is needed one that works as of now..

ive heard good things about the simon card. I know all the vanilla cards work for sure (walmart). Stay away from greendot and anything amex.

Vanilla Visa is still an excellent card to use - or look for bank-backed gift credit cards.

I'll go towards vanilla card
1. do i need to have same name registered as the ebay account for it too work?
2. along with same address? Or does name and address not matter and that its just a working credit card...

3. If my stealth account has a mispelled name of myself and address is something like a abandoned building but the credit card is same name as the stealth account but my actual address would this work ?

I highly recommend you either use the search function in this forum or else purchase the excellent stealth guide by Aspkin - both will answer all your questions and much more. You will find that a little bit of effort reaps huge rewards.

Sure, u should read stealth guide by ASPKIN, many guide we can use for stealth acoounts.
