Postcodes, street name, and house number must match?

Hello everyone,

Been trying to find the answer to this but can't find it. Sorry

For stealth account on paypal, does the house/flat number need to match the postcode?Im from the UK

It's not there because most users are aware that all info should match.

Fiddling with postcodes and street names & numbers rarely works these days.

Yes it does.

e/b and p/p use Royal Mails database for postcode matching

As above, postcode must be real and the address must match the post code.

You may get away with making small changes to the postcode in the short term but it is not a long term stealth strategy.

I can vouch for US. There is centralized database that will tell if the address is correct and even if it is a business or residential !
Of course if US is in any interest to you
