Please Help, Limited paypal, but can i pay thorugh paypal w/o loggin in?

Hey i have been limited in paypal for no reason, however i need the to pay for product overseas, can i just pay an invoice sent to a email that does not have a paypal and use a card ive never used before? the thing is that the address will be the same, so what will happen? what will happen?

please help me out ive looked all through the web and found no answer to this .

yes you can make a payment using a cc to a paypal money request without having a paypal account
